ZE24/07435/73 Sutton Grange application

Further to your email below - Norton Town Council discussed this planning application at our December council meeting and I uploaded the comments to the planning system as normal, but they don't seem to have been saved.

Norton Town Council would recommend approval of this scheme. We previously approved of the original planning application back in 2020 and the removal of the self build condition makes no material change to the construction of the dwellings. We believe that removal of the self build condition will make the scheme more likely to come to fruition and speed up the construction of much needed houses for the local area. We therefore recommend approval of the planing application as amended.
